Why this is provision, not outsourcing
Only a licensed tax accountant may file, and the tax agent files on their own judgement and licence rather than on the Company's instructions. So this is treated as provision to a third party, and consent is asked for separately.
Your right to refuse
You may refuse. But without your information the tax agent cannot file at all, so if you refuse we cannot provide the Service.
